Okay so here's the deal. Tracy bought this coupon book from somebody to support their fundraising efforts. We decided to put it to work last night at a place we've not been before. After 3 restaurants we didn't know, two out of business and one not open after the lunch hour, we arrived at our 4th destination. "Family Dining" the coupon read.
Little did we know that we were arriving at a Truck Stop on Interstate 40! Pulling into the parking lot we noticed the restaurant sign off to the side. All the big rigs were rolling in and out. A crowd of people were holding the front door hostage smoking cigarettes. What a terrific family dining experience. Much to Tracy's surprise I announced to the girls that we'd arrived! Tracy's look of shock sent the girls into a series of questions. Finally after the interrogation I proved my seriousness by parking and getting out of the car.
Slowly my three dates exited the vehicle and made their way behind me. We walked in and "enjoyed" our meals. I'll refrain from mentioning the name of this fine establishment as we have nothing good to say about the atmosphere or food. Tracy laughed through the majority of our meal time not believing I'd taken her and our daughters to this special location for a meal we'd not soon forget. Notice Tracy and Lexi hiding behind the truckers guide that also served as the menu in the above picture. Then I casually snapped a shot of our neighboring table.
Break out! Enjoy life! Don't be so boring! We did! It was fun, memorable and unusual. We won't go back to that place but who knows where we'll go in a few weeks.

Thats awesome!!! Its like cooking dinner...when you don't know how to cook, lol. Im glad the girls and yourself had a fun night.
